They are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and advisory work, manage engagement planning, and mentor teams while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead tax compliance and advisory work for high-net-worth individuals, their related entities, trusts, and foundations
Manage engagement planning, workflow, reviews, and client communications to ensure quality and timely delivery
Oversee and mentor teams of seniors and staff while providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Research complex tax issues and translate technical matters into clear, practical recommendations
Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives

Qualification

Active CPA licenseTax compliance experienceTax advisory experienceMaster’s in TaxLeadership experienceCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsMentoring experienceFast-paced environment adaptability

Required

BS in Accounting or Finance required
Active CPA license
5+ years of tax experience with heavy emphasis on HNW and Private Equity
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Preferred

Master's in Tax preferred
Prior leadership, mentoring, or engagement-management experience is a strong plus
