Responsibilities
Engage customers in a professional, approachable manner
Explain wireless and home service options clearly and confidently
Support customers through the full sales process, from initial conversation to activation
Consistently meet individual and team sales goals
Learn and follow best practices for retail operations and customer experience
Accurately process orders and document customer interactions
Stay current on product knowledge and promotions
Paid onboarding and structured sales training
Ongoing coaching focused on communication, time management, and leadership skills

Qualification
Required
