Developing case strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and experience in Law, including legal research and case strategy development
Proficiency in drafting legal Motions and other legal documents
Hands-on experience with Courts and courtroom procedures
Competence in handling Trials and trial preparation
Experience conducting Depositions and managing witness examinations
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in California
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Prior litigation experience is highly preferred
