ServiceNow Test Manager

eTeam is seeking a ServiceNow Test Manager to collaborate with technical teams, program leaders, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and manage scalable testing frameworks across the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong leadership, deep testing expertise, and a passion for quality assurance across complex environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a comprehensive testing strategy covering all phases of the SDLC, including:
Functional testing
Regression testing
Integration testing
Performance testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Define, document, and manage detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business requirements and ServiceNow best practices
Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including:
Test execution
Defect identification, triage, and resolution
Coordination with developers and business analysts
Leverage ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and other test automation tools to improve efficiency and scalability
Partner with business stakeholders to plan and facilitate effective UAT sessions
Capture UAT feedback and translate findings into actionable quality improvements
Track and report testing progress, metrics, risks, and overall quality status to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal standards, security policies, and ServiceNow governance models
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, enhancements, and testing best practices
Mentor QA team members and end-users on testing methodologies and ATF usage

Required

Strong leadership skills
Deep testing expertise
Experience in developing and leading comprehensive testing strategies across all SDLC phases
Experience with functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, performance testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ability to define, document, and manage detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Experience in owning the end-to-end testing lifecycle including test execution, defect identification, triage, and resolution
Experience in coordinating with developers and business analysts
Experience leveraging ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and other test automation tools
Ability to partner with business stakeholders to plan and facilitate effective UAT sessions
Ability to capture UAT feedback and translate findings into actionable quality improvements
Experience in tracking and reporting testing progress, metrics, risks, and overall quality status
Knowledge of compliance with internal standards, security policies, and ServiceNow governance models
Ability to stay current with ServiceNow releases, enhancements, and testing best practices
Experience mentoring QA team members and end-users on testing methodologies and ATF usage
