Mid LevelApolis is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong VMS (Beeline) experience to support contingent workforce and vendor management initiatives. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and support enhancements and integrations related to Beeline VMS.

Responsibilities
Act as a Business Analyst for Beeline VMS, supporting configuration, enhancements, and operational improvements
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to contingent workforce management, vendor onboarding, timekeeping, invoicing, and reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Support Beeline implementations, upgrades, and integrations with HR, Finance, and ERP systems
Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend best-practice solutions within Beeline
Coordinate UAT activities, including test case creation, execution support, and issue resolution
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors/Beeline support teams as needed
Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end users
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with VMS platforms, specifically Beeline
Strong understanding of contingent workforce processes, vendor management, and staffing lifecycle
Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management
Knowledge of integrations between Beeline and HR/Finance systems is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Prior experience in large enterprise environments
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to procurement, HRIS, or financial systems
