Responsibilities
Design, implement, and enhance Salesforce functionality to support Field Service, Customer Support, and other business units
Collaborate with SFDC Architects and the Center of Excellence to align service organization projects and enhancements
Engage in requirement gathering, conduct rigorous testing and documentation, and lead cross-functional meetings for project advancements
Drive the change management process, ensure project schedule adherence, and support post-implementation activities including QA and UAT
Act as a Senior BA to guide and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality solution delivery and fostering continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Profound experience with Salesforce and ServiceMax platforms
Strong business acumen with a focus on customer/client satisfaction
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience in supporting users within a medical device company is highly desirable, indicating an understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the healthcare industry
