Responsibilities
Establish program structure, operating cadence, meeting facilitation, and communications for the project
In partnership with the business owner, establish the workstreams with functional owners for clear delineation of effort and prioritization
Agenda coordination & prioritization with business owner/sponsor to elevate key discussions in established forums
Establish the end-to-end project plan, critical path with key milestones for the effort
Manage overall project delivery including tracking of project financials (if applicable) and reporting for ELT-level materials
Ensure we are mitigating, solving for and decisioning the right things to help initiatives stay on track
Ensure robust documentation and transparency to project status, risk mitigation plans and issue management resolution
Aligning with business owner on status coloring (Red / Amber / Green) and elevation of risks, issues or key decisions for status reporting
Rigor on budget management of program including – actuals, resource planning and forecasting, PCR (project change requests), and Business line IRB process
