Responsibilities
Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and data flow diagrams
Partner and collaborate with other professional services & IT teams to execute on the project
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Varicent software, including Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin tools
Ability to translate business requirements into functional Varicent models, including data models, workflows, calculations, and reports
Experience in configuring compensation plans, quotas, crediting rules, and incentive structures within the Varicent platform
Preferred
Experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Proficiency in creating and publishing dynamic dashboards and reports for commission insights and performance tracking
Ability to resolve technical issues, provide user support, and participate in system upgrades and enhancements
