Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate product info and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Process quotes, orders, returns, and maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM. Document all interactions and feedback
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and production to ensure timely delivery
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
Operate cutting equipment safely and precisely (for Cutting Associate)
Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
Lift up to 50 lbs, repetitive motions, and stand for extended periods
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude
Self-motivated and reliable
Attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
Physical stamina for warehouse roles
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
Previous experience a plus; training provided for the right candidates
