Ability to create relationships with physicians, discharge planners, independent assisted living facilities, and group homes

MUST HAVE BOOK OF BUSINESS IN HOME HEALTH and references
Must get referrals out of the gate. 10+ referrals a month minimum
3+ years experience with Medicare Home Health
3+ years of experience in health care, Medicare, and industry knowledge
Ability to create relationships with physicians, discharge planners, independent assisted living facilities, and group homes
Preferred
Spanish is a major plus
