This role focuses on the design, installation, configuration, and commissioning of high-end audiovisual and control systems, primarily aboard large, ultra-luxury superyachts, along with select residential projects.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV, control, and network systems in marine and luxury residential environments
Work with control systems, audio distribution, video distribution, networking, and automation platforms
Integrate systems including displays, audio processors, amplifiers, lighting control, and networking hardware
Perform system testing, commissioning, and client handoff
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and shipyard personnel
Travel domestically and internationally as required for project execution
Maintain clean, professional installations that meet high-end yacht standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an AV Integrator (marine experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of AV signal flow, networking, and system troubleshooting
Comfortable working in tight spaces and complex marine environments
Willing and able to travel, including international travel (Europe)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Crestron experience (programming or configuration highly valued)
Cisco networking experience
Marine AV integration experience on yachts or ships
Familiarity with enterprise-grade networking and managed switches
