Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance of their facilities and ensure safety and efficiency across multiple sites. The role involves managing a maintenance team, developing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and local legislation.

Responsibilities

Maximizes buildings and equipment uptime using efficient, corrective, planned and preventative maintenance

Ensures the safety policy is achieved for areas of direct control and local legislation is met

Creates and oversees a planned maintenance program

Develops maintenance schedules, procedures and methods for equipment and facilities

Identifies parts or spares required for preventive and breakdown maintenance

Reviews completed repairs and recommends appropriate actions to improve mean time between repairs

Leads projects to install or move production equipment installations as required

Monitors equipment operating parameters to ensure the maximum operational performance

Diagnoses and repairs production and facility equipment failures

Conducts periodic calibration on all torque wrenches, gas sensors and analytical equipment

Plans and coordinates equipment upgrades and machinery modifications, investigates equipment breakdowns and monitors equipment performance after repairs have been made

Responsible for Performance Management Cycle for all direct staff

Takes direction from Operations Manager and other duties as assigned
