Responsibilities
Provides first-line support for staff computer use and telephony, including basic connectivity, routine troubleshooting, and interface with corporate IT services and software vendors, but not including corporate network access, corporate applications support, or hardware configuration
Maintains a strong and effective working relationship with all property IT, AV, Telephony and Infrastructure support services
Troubleshoot issues and come up with solutions. Use additional resource to help resolve issues
Flexibility on weekend and 2nd shift work – this will be based on hotel occupancy
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
Excellent working knowledge of computer software to include Microsoft Office and hospitality systems
Preferred
2 years IT hospitality experience
Customer service experience
Microsoft PowerPoint experience
OneNote experience
Preferred applications include Infor, HotSOS, and BirchStreet
