Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to generate referrals from hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and medical professionals
Build and maintain strong partnerships with referral sources, becoming their trusted go-to for home care solutions
Conduct presentations and outreach activities to raise awareness about Homestead’s services and the benefits of in-home care
Drive census growth and meet the company’s target goals
Work with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition for clients from healthcare facilities to in-home care
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and referral data to identify new growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of Business Development experience in the Home Health or Hospital Liaison for Home Health or Senior Care industry, focusing on relationship-building with healthcare professionals, hospital case managers, discharge planners, social workers, nurses, and physicians
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Analytical and strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel within the Chicagoland area as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field
Knowledge of home health and home care services
