Mid LevelAklip Technologies LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. The role involves configuring various ServiceNow modules, developing business rules, and creating integration solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Configure and customize ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM modules
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes
Build and maintain Workflows and Flow Designer solutions
Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations
Create and customize Service Portal pages and widgets
Perform system upgrades, patching, and version management
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with ServiceNow data model and CMDB
Knowledge of ACLs, security, and role-based access
Experience in integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
