Support SGMO’s statewide groundwater education and training program which includes the development of videos, fact sheets, interactive maps, and other materials that help the general public with complex hydrologic principles like aquifer characterization, groundwater and surface water interaction, seawater intrusion, and subsidence

Academic or working knowledge of methods to assess water supplies and demands, as well as conducting other complex water resources engineering assessments; experience preparing technical reports, experience with project or task management, and experience preparing or delivering presentations

Academic or working knowledge of numerical modeling software, such as the Department's California Central Valley Groundwater-Surface Water Simulation Model (C2VSim) and mapping software such as ArcGIS
