Smart Bricks is an AI-native real-estate intelligence and investment platform focused on global real-estate investing. The MBA Intern will work closely with the Founder & CEO to support US market entry, product localization, and fundraising efforts during a critical phase of the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Support the design and execution of Smart Bricks’ US expansion strategy

Analyse target customer segments, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics

Help define the US go-to-market approach across brokerage, platform, and institutional offerings

Work with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to localise and launch a US-specific product

Support customer discovery, early pilot design, and feedback loops

Help translate US market needs into clear product requirements

Support US fundraising efforts, including investor research, outreach strategy, and meeting prep

Help refine pitch materials, narratives, and data rooms for US investors

Track investor conversations and next steps in close coordination with the CEO

Act as day-to-day support for the CEO across the a16z Speedrun accelerator

Prepare briefs, notes, and follow-ups from sessions with a16z partners and operators

Help operationalise learnings from the program across product, GTM, and strategy

Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on ad-hoc strategic questions

Build structured analyses, memos, and decision frameworks on short timelines

Represent the company professionally in meetings and ecosystem events when needed
