Program Manager

Responsibilities
Manage operational activities for assigned programs, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and documentation
Coordinate internal communication, ensuring clear routing of inquiries and timely follow‑up
Support cross‑team planning to maintain consistency of materials, workflows, and program outputs
Maintain and update program databases and dashboards (e.g., REDCap, Smartsheets, internal trackers)
Enter, organize, and clean monthly or quarterly program data to support required reports
Collaborate with evaluation partners by preparing summaries, responding to questions, and implementing requested edits
Work closely with TRIAD service lines to align processes and coordinate shared activities
Support collaborative content development, event planning, and outcome tracking
Assist with monitoring incoming requests for services and coordinating internal follow‑up
Support planning, promotion, and execution of virtual and in‑person events
Provide real‑time assistance during virtual sessions (polls, Q&A, resources) and help review post‑event data
Maintain Monday.com boards and other project management tools to support workflow visibility
Coordinate with web and learning platform partners to ensure accurate posting of program content
Assist with setting up and maintaining course folders, reporting outputs, and instructional documentation
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding program processes, data needs, or timelines
Communicate clearly about submission steps, upcoming events, and required actions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of relevant work experience
Program Management (Intermediate): Planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives
Financial Processes (Intermediate): Ability to monitor costs, expenses and revenue as well as the ability to manage those costs and expenses in relation to budgeted amounts
Process Improvement (Intermediate): Identifies, analyzes and improves upon existing business processes for optimization and to meet standards of quality
Peer Leadership (Intermediate): The ability to show leadership and influence people of equal rank in an effort to accomplish team goals
Networking (Intermediate): Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations and individuals
Quality Management (Intermediate): Developing a systematic process of checking to see whether a process or service is meeting specific requirements
