Provide an initial screening to determine the immediate needs for each person who comes in or reaches out via phone or email looking for assistance
Provide assistance as needed with online job search, job applications, career exploration, etc
Make ongoing referrals to Rochester Adult & Family Literacy for Northstar Digital Literacy classes
Case-note their interaction with each customer including a summary of the services provided and any needed next steps
Qualification
Required
Provide ongoing digital job search and career exploration assistance
Provide services through drop-in/phone/email Triage Service
Make referrals to community supports and Career Planners
Case-note interactions in data management system
Work closely with the Rochester team
Conduct initial screening to determine immediate needs
Assist with online job search, job applications, career exploration
Make ongoing referrals to Rochester Adult & Family Literacy for Northstar Digital Literacy classes
Complete brief intake/enrollment process
Case-note interactions with customers including summary of services provided and next steps
