Manage a pipeline of residential mortgage loans, ensuring documents are complete, timelines are met, and regulatory requirements are followed
Communicate regularly with Mortgage Loan Originators, borrowers, and realtors to provide updates and answer questions along the way
Partner with the compliance team to address quality control items
Look for ways to improve processes
Help implement best practices within the team
Support your understanding of credit union policies, industry regulations, and evolving best practices
Qualification
Required
High School or equivalent required
0-2 years of experience in mortgage processing or a related role within a financial institution
Preferred
Basic knowledge of mortgage regulations and credit union policies
