They are seeking a Data Indexer who will retrieve documents and ensure they are attached to the correct patient files while providing excellent customer service and communication with clinical staff.

Responsibilities
Retrieve all documents from our World View Fax system and attach them to the correct patient file
Email the insurance team patient information which will be used to confirm eligibility of each patient
Communicates with the clinical staff to ensure receipt of all new patient referrals so they can be properly reviewed
Indexe/ attach all MD orders and current patient documents to appropriate patients files
Professionally communicates with Directors of Nursing, Clinical Managers and office team members to insure we are indexing documents accurately and in a timely manor
