Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Optimize the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes
Enhance the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module to streamline HR operations
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST and SOAP protocols
Utilize the Flow Designer for workflow automation
Qualification
