Lead/StaffADN Group is seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Oracle Financials to enhance, support, and lead development efforts across Oracle Financials and SCM modules in a payments-focused environment. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise and leadership across engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions in a regulated financial services ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Act as a hands-on developer, writing high-quality, secure, modular, and testable code
Lead design, implementation, and delivery for engineering efforts across 1-2 teams
Participate in all phases of the SDLC: design, development, documentation, and testing
Own software maintenance characteristics, runtime properties, dependencies, and build environments
Ensure methodology compliance and manage issue resolution, escalating to management as needed
Monitor and manage delivery estimates and timelines
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across a global environment
Ensure timely and accurate communication at all organizational levels
Contribute to delivering globally scalable products in a high-impact payments ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience enhancing and supporting Oracle Financials modules, including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Order Management, Project Costing & Project Management
Advanced expertise in: Oracle, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, SQL, Unix Shell Scripting
Experience with SCM and Financial modules
Workflow Builder, XML / BI Publisher
JDeveloper
Version Control tools (PVCS, Bitbucket)
Noetix, Alteryx
Hyperion budgeting and forecasting
Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies
Experience delivering secure solutions in financial services
Familiarity with XP, TDD, and BDD development practices
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently under pressure
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Payments domain expertise
Cloud technologies experience (IaaS, PaaS, Serverless)
Microservices architecture
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
API design and distributed systems
NoSQL databases
Near real-time, scalable, fault-tolerant platform design
