Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in Pharmaceutical Marketing Analytics to lead a strategic consulting engagement for a global biopharmaceutical client
As a member of the Customer Success team, you will design, execute, and implement cutting-edge analytical solutions for clients
You will be responsible for institutionalizing data-driven insights and recommendations, translating analytics into actionable strategies
The ideal candidate will have experience with large datasets, enjoy building relationships with stakeholders, and thrive in solving complex business problems through data and analytics, while leading a team in a fast-paced environment
This role will involve understanding client businesses, generating insights, developing recommendations, and presenting these to clients and their management
You will also communicate strategy, delivery plans, and ensure alignment across teams while mitigating potential risks and escalations
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling, Promotional Analytics, and Business Product Management, and will be responsible for end-to-end client delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing Analytics
Ability to design, execute, and implement analytical solutions
Experience with large datasets
Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders
Ability to solve complex business problems through data and analytics
Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of client businesses
Ability to generate insights and develop recommendations
Experience in presenting insights to clients and their management
Ability to communicate strategy and delivery plans
Ability to ensure alignment across teams
