Finance Integration Manager (61038)
ASP Global is seeking a Finance Integration Manager who will report directly to the CFO at their Austell, GA headquarters. This role involves developing integration strategies for finance-related systems and overseeing financial operations during M&A activities, while promoting adaptability and teamwork within the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute integration strategies for finance-related systems, processes, and reporting structures
Assess existing financial operations across entities and design future-state operating models
Lead financial due diligence efforts and integration planning during M&A activity
Oversee integration of ERP, financial reporting tools, billing systems, procurement platforms, and related software
Coordinate mapping of financial data, chart of accounts harmonization, and standardization of accounting policies
Partner with IT and Finance Systems teams to implement new financial modules or optimize existing platforms
Manage end-to-end integration projects including scope, timelines, resource planning, and delivery
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and external consultants
Track project risks and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies and escalation pathways
Ensure integrated processes comply with corporate policies, internal controls, GAAP/IFRS, and audit requirements
Support creation of standardized workflows and documentation for financial procedures post-integration
Oversee testing, validation, and sign-off of financial data migrations
Develop integration progress dashboards, KPIs, and executive updates
Analyze financial data to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, or risks during integration
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Lead communication efforts related to financial systems or process changes
Conduct training sessions for finance teams and key stakeholders
Ensure long-term adoption and stabilization of integrated processes
Prepare ad-hoc analyses for the Controller, CFO, and other members of leadership as requested
Performs other job-related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
6+ years of experience in Finance; preferably 2+ years at a mid/large sized manufacturing or distribution firm
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Familiarity with computer systems and reports, advanced knowledge of Excel & Word
Strong organization skills
Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Flexible and able to multi-task; working with a rapid and unpredictable growth environment
Demonstrates high level of customer service and professionalism in reacting well under pressure both in the workplace and with clients
Excellent problem-solving skills
High level of attention to detail and analytical skills
Occasional travel may be necessary
Preferred
Master's Degree a plus
CPA, CMA a plus
Epicor Prophet 21 experience a plus
