Responsibilities
Provide technical and automation consulting to IT and business stakeholders
Conduct architectural evaluation, solution design, and system analysis
Ensure automation implementation teams deliver robust and scalable solutions
Maintain and enhance service design procedures and architecture standards
Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with strategic blueprints
Identify reusable components and manage configurable parameters, schedules, and queues
Drive best practices, troubleshoot design/code-related issues, and improve processes
Establish automation testing standards and enterprise-wide best practices
Develop automated tools/scripts and ensure thorough testing and documentation
Support production issues (simple to complex) and provide after-hours/on-call support if required
Mentor peers and provide training to team members
