Experiential Development & Projects Manager

The Experiential Development & Projects Manager will oversee capital projects and special initiatives to enhance the physical spaces across multiple clubs, focusing on thoughtful planning and execution aligned with member experiences.

Help bring physical spaces to life across multiple clubs and markets
Blend capital projects, special initiatives, and creative problem-solving
Support infrastructure upgrades and experience-driven improvements
Work closely with leadership and operations teams at both Lakeshore and Elite to ensure projects are thoughtfully planned and well executed
Manage timelines, vendors, and budgets
Be inspired by hospitality, environment, and experience
