The program is open to active under-grad students graduating in 2027 and aims to expose interns to real-world projects while collaborating with industry experts and other interns on a Capstone assignment.

Work alongside industry experts on real client projects
Collaborate with other interns on a group Capstone assignment
Participate in client-focused projects and educational sessions
Engage in mentorship and cross-functional training
Attend social events and lunches with executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Interest and passion to learn about the advertising industry
Rising Senior (2027 graduation) enrolled in an undergraduate university or advertising portfolio school
Must reside in Southern CA for the internship duration
