Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain complex, high-quality, and secure code, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards
Design technical solutions and features based on external specifications, taking full ownership of implementation and delivery
Independently troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex issues, including real-time incidents in customer environments
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional, dynamic teams
Continuously learn and work with the latest technologies, actively sharing knowledge and adapting to evolving project needs
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and accountability for assigned features and deliverables
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in application development
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in developing and maintaining complex, high-quality, and secure code
Knowledge of best practices and architectural standards in software development
Experience in designing technical solutions and features based on external specifications
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex issues, including real-time incidents in customer environments
Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to continuously learn and work with the latest technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and accountability for assigned features and deliverables
Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS
Experience in developing and deploying microservices in a cloud native environment using containers and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
Ability to write clean and maintainable code to ensure reliability, performance, and security
Experience leveraging AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
