Responsibilities
Draft and review support letters, forms, and evidence for employment-based petitions, with a specific focus on high-merit cases (O-1A, EB-1A) and NIWs
Oversee the full lifecycle of PERM labor certifications, including drafting job descriptions, managing recruitment timelines, and conducting audit file preparation
Serve as a primary point of contact for founders and foreign nationals, guiding them through document collection and answering procedural questions with empathy and speed
Utilize the Gale platform to track case milestones, ensuring rigorous digital organization and data integrity
Review filings for accuracy, consistency, and legal sufficiency before they reach the attorney for final sign-off
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of experience specifically within a business immigration law firm
Demonstrated experience preparing O-1A and EB-1A petitions
Familiarity with the PERM labor certification process
Remote (United States) with a secure home office setup
Authorized to work in the U.S
Comfortable stepping away from paper files
Proficient with modern tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Case Management Software)
Eager to use proprietary tech stack
Elite writing skills to synthesize complex technical achievements into compelling narratives for USCIS officers
