Recruiting Specialist

The Recruiting Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for corporate and administrative roles, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers while also facilitating new hire onboarding.

Responsibilities

Provide full-cycle recruiting support for all of the firm’s corporate and administrative positions, including creating and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, facilitating offer letter approval and drafting process
Conduct and coordinate new hire orientation for corporate and administrative hires to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement
Respond to various queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments
Contribute to the analysis of recruiting and onboarding metrics to identify patterns and improve processes
Contribute to additional Recruiting and Human Resources projects as assigned

Required

5+ years of relevant experience preferably in a professional services firm
The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm
The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm's financial and operational functions
The mindset to provide superior service
Excellent understanding of full recruitment and onboarding processes
Strong knowledge of MS Office
HRIS and ATS experience required, Workday experience a plus
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
The ability to commute to our office in [Boston, Washington DC or San Francisco], to comply with our hybrid work policy of 2-3 days per week in office
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Preferred

PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification preferred
