Program Director
Confidential is seeking a Program Director to oversee the planning, execution, and strategic management of key programs and initiatives across the organization. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and providing executive-level reporting to ensure programs align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of programs across multiple functions and teams
Define program objectives, success metrics, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with organizational strategy
Manage budgets, track financial performance, and optimize resource allocation for program initiatives
Oversee cross-functional teams, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure program success
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies proactively
Develop and maintain program documentation, reporting, and executive-level dashboards for stakeholders
Collaborate with senior leadership to align program priorities with organizational goals and strategic initiatives
Continuously evaluate program performance, applying lessons learned to improve efficiency, impact, and scalability
Facilitate communication and coordination among internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading complex programs or large-scale initiatives from conception to execution
Strong project and program management expertise, including resource planning, budgeting, and risk management
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, MS Project, Jira)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate competing demands in a dynamic environment
Preferred
7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operational leadership roles
Experience leading programs in technology, consulting, or complex organizational environments
Familiarity with change management practices and organizational transformation initiatives
Prior experience in a remote or distributed team environment
