Responsibilities

Source for high-priority positions across the business to include Facilities, Operation, Procurement and more

Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify top talent through social media, job boards, networking, referrals, and Boolean searches, including candidate contact information

Lead Recruitment Marketing initiatives including lead generation, social media, paid search, and other creative strategies to identify and connect with passive candidates and leads

Gain a strong understanding of hiring profiles across the business as well as urgent hiring needs

Measure and track pipeline activity and share results

Support recruiting agency program and other programs as assigned

Serve as recruitment technology administrator for specialized recruiting tools

Workday system testing as required to support recruiting module enhancements, break/fix etc

Craft custom and meaningful outreach to encourage engagement
