Responsibilities
Analyzes all customer financial information, including but not limited to, business tax returns and financial statements, personal tax returns and financial statements, credit reports, rent rolls, budgets, projections and any other financial information available
Prepares cash flow models for the basis of credit decisions
Performs basic and preliminary credit analyses, identifying risks
Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures
Researches markets and industries and prepare reports for management
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business-related field, or minimum 3 years' equivalent work experience, required
1-2 years' experience in commercial credit analysis and/or commercial lending, required
Basic understanding of underwriting income-producing real estate
Basic understanding in C&I underwriting
Good working knowledge of lending processes and subject matter
Ability to handle complex issues and problems; excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A significant level of trust and diplomacy required
