Responsibilities

Prepare and review 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and related disclosures with a deep understanding of SEC requirements
Research complex accounting topics, draft technical memos, and support S-1 filings, internal controls, and audit readiness
Assist with purchase accounting, carve-outs, transaction reporting, and integration activities
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other financial advisory projects
Improve reporting processes and controls while managing multiple engagements with cross-functional teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
5+ years of public accounting experience with at least 1 year in consulting, advisory, or in-house reporting
Strong SEC reporting expertise, including 10-K/10-Q filings, 8-Ks, and proxy statements
Advanced Excel proficiency
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC guidance
Exposure to IFRS and familiarity with Statutory Accounting Principles
Analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong writing skills
Technical accounting strength
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a client-facing environment

Preferred

CPA strongly preferred
non–Big 4 and non–financial services backgrounds preferred
Experience with ASC guidance, SEC regulations, and financial reporting systems is strongly preferred
