Performance Marketing Lead (Growth + Product)
TofuLab, formerly known as Revery AI, is focused on transforming performance marketing through an innovative agent-driven platform. As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will oversee performance marketing initiatives while shaping strategies for an AI-native product, ultimately enhancing the efficiency of marketing processes.

Responsibilities
Lead strategy and hands-on execution across paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok)
Define goals, budgets, KPIs, and measurement frameworks (CAC, ROAS, payback, funnel conversion)
Design and run experiments across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages
Monitor performance, extract insights, and iterate quickly based on data
Build clear reporting and learning loops to inform decision-making
Think deeply about how performance marketing workflows should be designed in an agent-driven environment
Identify inefficiencies and high-leverage moments in existing marketing processes
Help define experimentation frameworks, monitoring strategies, and feedback loops
Translate real campaign needs into system-level and product improvements
Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering
Represent the voice of the marketer internally and advocate for user needs
Turn growth insights into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities
Help validate what truly saves time and improves outcomes for marketers
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience owning performance marketing with clear, measurable outcomes
Familiarity with major advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, etc..)
Strong understanding of paid acquisition, funnels, experimentation, and attribution
Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment
Strong user empathy and clear written and verbal communication
A growth mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity
Preferred
Experience working closely with product or engineering teams
Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or data-driven workflows
Interest in rethinking how marketing should work in AI-native systems
Prior startup experience or ownership of zero-to-one initiatives
Experience designing growth systems, internal tools, or analytics frameworks
Exposure to multi-channel or cross-platform marketing environments
Comfort translating complex insights into simple, actionable decisions
