Responsibilities
Be passionately customer-focused; relentlessly pursue providing an excellent customer experience every time
Establish, maintain and deepen client relationships by providing results and exceeding expectations
Deliver 10+ concurrent projects using the defined NetSuite delivery methodology
Plan, manage and communicate the progress of projects, achieving project landmarks and maintaining project momentum
Identify and effectively mitigate risks
Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks, call out when appropriate
Communicate well with all collaborators, internal and external, including project sponsors, project managers, and project team members
Work collaboratively with project delivery leads and project resources
Effectively handle scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project
Communicate effectively with and project-manage remote resources in a matrix environment, including offshore resources
Forecast and deliver against committed hours for your project portfolio
Deliver a diverse scope of services where project management requires analysis of numerous factors
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and compliance with internal processes and procedures
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in Project Management
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in leading the delivery of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services implementations
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a matrix environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality, and customer satisfaction
Experience in facilitating planning sessions and managing project deliverables
Ability to identify and mitigate risks
Experience in communicating effectively with internal and external collaborators
Ability to forecast and deliver against committed hours for project portfolio
Knowledge of internal processes and procedures
Preferred
At least 3+ years of cumulative experience in a systems applications Project/Program Management
Outstanding client-facing skills
Ability to handle various projects simultaneously and manage multiple deadlines
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional escalation management skills
Demonstrated ability to interact well at the 'C' level
Experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, especially in Microsoft Project
Strong client management skills and experience with ERP and CRM applications
Formal Project Management methodology training, with significant practical use
Certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP)

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
