Responsibilities
Design, implement and lead effective community programs for TrueCare
Identify, develop and steward partnerships with institutions that maximize the impact of TrueCare's community programs and the volunteer and clinical internship program
Participate and lead various task forces to improve services internally and build on community partnerships to meet organizational goals
Help reduce barriers to care, improve health outcomes, and foster trust between TrueCare and the communities we serve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in health services administration, business administration, public administration, public health, or a related field from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience relevant to the position
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a field related to the position
A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated success in leading a team
Experience in working with community-based organizations
Proven track record of successfully collaborating with the community
