Required
Active New Jersey real estate license (required)
3+ years of real estate experience
Minimum of $30,000+ in self-sourced GCI in 2025
Highly motivated to produce self-generated leads
Comfortable contacting, nurturing, and pursuing warm leads provided by the team
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
Proficiency in market research and analysis
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred
Pennsylvania real estate license
Social media marketing experience
AI-assisted content creation skills
Familiarity with the Greater Philadelphia real estate market is a plus
