Sorts and updates returned mail via Accurint
Responsible for working Returned Mail worklist
Root causes and attempts to resolve Returned Mail issues
Files as required by retention policies
Responsible for working patient demographics forms, 0 remits, insurance denials, and correspondence using various computer systems
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Customer focused both internally and externally
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Strong 10 key data entry
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred
1-3 Years Healthcare Experience
Familiarity with pre-registration
1-3 years healthcare business office experience
