Identify and acquire quality pre-owned vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and private sellers
Negotiate vehicle prices and terms with sellers to maximize profitability
Evaluate vehicle condition and market value to make informed purchasing decisions
Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure inventory meets customer needs and operational standards
Maintain accurate records of acquisitions and stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in automotive acquisitions, buy centers, or related fields
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of vehicle market values and conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
