Responsibilities

CRM & Sales Strategy - Manage the CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities. Drive daily follow-up activity, mine service drive leads, and analyze closing ratios across all channels

Team Performance - Set sales goals, coach team members through one-on-ones, and provide regular feedback. Identify training needs and implement development plans to boost productivity

Sales Production - Monitor performance in new vehicle sales, accessories, and F&I. Work closely with the finance team to maximize deal profitability and achieve monthly and SFE targets

Inventory Oversight - Manage new car inventory mix, reduce aged units, and coordinate dealer trades. Ensure online listings are accurate and competitive, and align OEM orders with market demand

Marketing & Lead Generation - Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns, events, and promotions that drive traffic. Track results and maintain a strong online reputation

Customer Experience - Ensure a smooth sales process and resolve any escalations. Monitor CSI scores and implement process improvements to exceed customer expectations

Team Development - Recruit, train, and support a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
