Analyst 2, Cust Contract Admin
Saviance is a company seeking a Service & Support Analyst responsible for evaluating and responding to customer contract redlines related to service terms, SLAs, warranties, and support obligations. The analyst will work closely with Contracts, Sales, and Service Operations to ensure compliance and effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities
Checking email and Salesforce cases for tasks and then working through other projects as assigned
Evaluating and responding to customer contract redlines related to service terms, SLAs, warranties, and support obligations
Partnering closely with Contracts, Sales, and Service Operations to interpret risk, propose compliant alternatives, and craft clear, timely responses that protect the company while meeting customer requirements or requests
Maintaining redline response repository and ensuring alignment with policy, regulatory standards and ability to operationalize requests
Reviewing the customer’s products to determine eligibility to renew contracts with a new support agreement
Reviewing product eligibility across multiple Client solutions by reviewing versions, configurations, and product lifecycle status
Validating serials/SKUs, assessing compatibility with service delivery capabilities, identifying gaps, and recommending any available remediation paths such as upgrades, substitutions, time and material or tailored support exceptions
Providing final review in a clear output for accurate quoting, entitlement setup, and ongoing service execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2 years experience with commercial contracting or other service and support relevant experience
A strong focus on detail and accuracy of work
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent organizational, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
Individual must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment; be a team player and results oriented
Proficient in Excel, SAP, Salesforce and Power BI
Preferred
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload with minimum supervision
Advanced technical skills especially in Microsoft O365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Vision
Experience in SAP and SF.com a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite of products including Power BI and PowerApps
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
