Responsibilities

Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to product lifecycle management, including Item, Bill of Materials (BOM), Change Management, and Product Data Hub (PDH) processes
Translate business requirements into a functional design document
Architect and configure the Oracle Fusion PLM Cloud application to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best-in-class PLM processes and how to optimize their use of the Oracle Cloud platform
Guide the technical team in the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies
Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
Assist in presales activities, including the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and product demonstrations for prospective clients
Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants, helping them grow their expertise in Oracle Fusion PLM

Required

A minimum of 15 years of experience with Oracle applications, with at least 5 years focused on implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion PLM Cloud
In-depth understanding of core PLM processes, including: Item Management, Change Management, Bill of Materials (BOM) Management, Product Data Hub (PDH), Product Development and Innovation Management
Proven ability to lead and manage client relationships, conduct effective workshops, and present complex information clearly and concisely
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client challenges
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration

Preferred

Oracle Cloud PLM implementation certifications
Experience with other Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud modules (e.g., Inventory, Manufacturing)
Experience with data migration strategies and tools

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
