Responsibilities

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the front desk, providing a courteous and professional first point of contact

Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining accurate visitor logs in accordance with site-specific procedures

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols

Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, management, and Allied Universal representatives regarding security-related matters and/or incidents

Assist with the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited activities within the location

Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter disruptive behavior and/or unauthorized entry

Support emergency response activities as needed, including alerting appropriate personnel and assisting with evacuation procedures when required
