Property Sales Manager

Caesars Entertainment is a leading company in the entertainment industry, and they are seeking a Property Sales Manager to drive growth of midweek business for the Atlantic City market. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and generating leads to enhance business at CET Atlantic City properties.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a quarterly business development strategy approved by the Director of Sales
Research and identify new accounts that fit the Atlantic City midweek business criteria
Log inquiries in Delphi and coordinate introductions to the appropriate Sales Manager for further qualification and booking
Support the sales process by uncovering new opportunities that lead to RFPs; proposal, negotiation, and contracting will be handled by Property, National, or Regional Sales Managers
Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Marketing, HR, and Convention Services to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Proactively present ideas and strategies to drive midweek business growth

Required

Ability to identify 30–60 new accounts per quarter and initiate outreach via phone and email
Generate a minimum of 10 qualified midweek leads per quarter for the Atlantic City market
Strong organizational skills to log activities and maintain accurate records in Delphi
Knowledge of competitive assets and market trends
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Manage expenses using company-issued p-card
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Travel as required
Proficiency in technology platforms: Tableau, Amadeus/SalesForce, CVENT
Participate in assigned projects, special events, and mandatory annual training
Engage in regular 1:1 sessions, mid-year and annual reviews, and goal-setting processes
Demonstrate teamwork and customer service excellence
