Responsibilities
Design, build, automate, and operate next-generation solutions for Innovation Labs
Deliver Lab-as-a-Service offerings to internal customers across the enterprise
Support proof-of-concept and technology certification initiatives
Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Operations teams to accelerate innovation
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of enterprise routing and switching protocols (MPLS, BGP, EIGRP)
Deep understanding of LAN/WAN, compute, storage, Linux, Windows, and Python scripting
Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, Active Directory, and ESXi
Proven ability to configure and support complex, multi-layered network environments
Preferred
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Visual Basic
Familiarity with configuration management systems (e.g., Ansible, Ansible Tower)
Strong understanding of client-server architecture, virtualization, containers, and private/public cloud environments
Certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, VCP, VCAP, VCDP
