Responsibilities
Lead assembly engineering activities for new model launches, including equipment installation, supplier coordination, and process implementation
Act as the primary technical liaison between Korean engineering teams and local production teams; translate technical documents and meetings as needed
Develop assembly process sheets, visual work instructions, and labor standards using MODAPTS
Ensure assembly workability, quality, safety, ergonomics, and productivity targets are met
Support daily production issues, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional problem solving
Manage project budgets, prepare reports, and present updates to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
7+ years of engineering or manufacturing experience; 3+ years in production process development
Business-level proficiency in English and Korean
Strong MS Office skills; domestic and international travel required
