Responsibilities
Lead and evolve the overall growth strategy, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization
Experiment with, monitor, and scale growth channels such as paid media, outbound campaigns, SEO, and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain lightweight CRM and automation workflows to support outreach, follow-up, and lead tracking
Collaborate with internal team members on targeting, list building, and campaign execution
Analyze funnel performance and campaign data to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency
Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and ensure the agency remains at the forefront of growth tactics
Act independently as a one-person growth function, ensuring accountability and execution without direct reports
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally within B2B or agency environments
Hands-on experience with CRM/email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Lemlist) and paid media platforms
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign and funnel data to make actionable decisions
Creative, outcome-oriented mindset with experience iterating on growth systems and processes
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first environment across multiple time zones
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
