Mid, Senior LevelScalence L.L.C. is seeking a Data Engineer to join their Innovation Hub team focused on driving Generative AI adoption. The role involves building and integrating LLM-powered solutions into various organizational applications, collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
Build, deliver, and support generative AI-based applications
Work as part of a collaborative innovation team
Collaborate with internal tech/product teams for integration into existing platforms
End-to-end development of AI-driven solutions including data pipelines, app integration, and front-end support
Qualification
Required
Previous client experience is mandatory
Core: Python (25%), Snowflake (25%), AWS (25%), JavaScript (25%)
LLM Experience: Required – ability to integrate and leverage existing LLMs for various use cases
Strong data engineering background
Mid-to-senior engineer level
Independent contributor with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Preferred
Additional: R (as applicable)
Financial services background is a plus but not mandatory
Primary: Chicago, IL (preferred – 3 team members already onsite)
Secondary: Plano, TX (preferred second choice)
